Job Summary: We are seeking a Pizzaiolo to prepare and assemble pizzas, operate the oven, clean and organize the workplace, and manage inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards We are hiring Pizzaiolos, with or without experience: * With experience: up to R$2700.00 \+ transportation allowance \+ R$145.00 meal voucher * Without experience: up to R$ 2\.200,00 \+ transportation allowance \+ R$145.00 meal voucher \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Pizza preparation and assembly Main responsibilities: Ingredient preparation: Slicing and portioning cold cuts, vegetables, and other ingredients, as well as preparing sauces and pizza dough. Pizza assembly: Assisting in assembling pizzas with fillings according to recipes and established standards. Cooking process: Assisting in handling pizzas—placing them into and removing them from the oven. Cleaning and organization: Maintaining a clean workplace, including countertops, utensils, and floors, as well as ensuring food preservation and hygiene. Inventory control: Assisting in food inventory management and verifying received goods. Safety and hygiene: Adhering to food safety and workplace hygiene standards.
