Responsibilities * Operate the griddle and Josper oven according to technical specifications and defined standards. * Consistently and precisely prepare and finish hamburgers. * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and hygiene in the workstation. * Perform opening, operational, and closing routines for the kitchen. * Ensure proper care of equipment, utensils, and operational standards. * Collaborate with the team, respecting workflow and hierarchy.
