Daily mise en place practice **Required:** Cook/Line Cook Daily Responsibilities The routine is highly varied. On busier days, the focus is on preparing skewers and artisanal hamburgers; on quieter days, assistance is provided in producing portions/snacks. Daily "mise en place" is practiced to support service during open-house hours for customers. Requirements (experience and qualifications needed for the candidate to perform job functions) Grilling meats/burgers experience (minimum 3 years) Assembling artisanal burgers Preparing snacks/portions Ability to read and follow technical sheets Attention to production orders Workplace organization and cleanliness **Preferred Qualifications:** attributes that make a candidate more valuable and competitive for the position Good communication skills, attention to orders, punctuality, respect, and proactivity **Work Location:** Cristo Rei/Curitiba **Benefits:** Sindeclub (union benefits club), R$300.00 bonus for perfect attendance/punctuality, transportation allowance via PIX **Salary:** R$ 2700.00 **Working Hours:** Mon-Sat, 2:50 PM - 10:22 PM **Minimum Education:** Elementary School (1st level)
