Access to continuous training **Opportunity:** ID DO BRASIL LOGISTICA LTDA is seeking a Planning Analyst to join our team. This role is essential for logistics process planning and optimization. **Responsibilities:** * Operational and logistics activity planning: Develop plans ensuring smooth operations, with focus on deadlines, resources, and established goals. * Monitoring and tracking of contractual SLAs * Monitoring and analysis of performance indicators (KPIs): Track departmental performance through metrics to identify bottlenecks, deviations, and improvement opportunities. * Preparation of managerial reports and dashboards: Create detailed presentations and analyses to support strategic decision-making by managers. * Strong risk management orientation and ability to make quick decisions * Productivity and efficiency studies: Evaluate internal processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements aimed at optimizing time, cost, and quality. * Support for continuous improvement projects: Participate in initiatives seeking process innovation, implementation of new tools, or operational restructuring. * Development and control of schedules and forecasts: Plan future demand based on historical data, workload volume, and company goals. * Interaction with operational and strategic departments: Act as a bridge between departments, aligning operational needs with the company’s strategic planning. * Advanced analytics using Excel, Power BI, and VBA: Utilize tools to create automated spreadsheets, interactive dashboards, and macros, enhancing analytical accuracy and agility. * Support in audits and compliance processes: Ensure processes are properly documented and compliant with required standards, facilitating internal audits and validations.
