Job Summary: Junior Quality Analyst will be responsible for QMS development and maintenance, training, documentation, internal audits, and application of tools for continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the development and maintenance of the QMS 2. Responsible for internal training and documentation 3. Conducting internal audits and applying continuous improvement tools We are currently conducting a selection process for the position of Junior Quality Analyst! Job Responsibilities: * Assist in the development and maintenance of the QMS by collecting information and feedback to evaluate implemented programs and procedures. * Plan, execute, and deliver internal training on the QMS, focusing on knowledge dissemination. * Create and maintain flowcharts, manuals, operational instructions, and other QMS documents, ensuring proper distribution and control. * Develop procedures and draft quality-related documents. * Maintain quality records and control manual copies. * Record quality-related incidents, compile data, and generate statistical reports. * Plan and conduct internal QMS audits, prepare nonconformance reports, and follow up on corrective actions. * Apply continuous improvement tools such as PDCA, action plans, brainstorming, cause-and-effect diagrams, 5 Whys, etc. Salary: R$ 3.589,90 - Working Hours: Administrative **Benefits:** * On-site meal * Meal allowance: R$ 650.00 (salary deduction of R$ 6.73) * Multibenefits Card (optional) * Dental assistance (optional – basic plan, salary deduction of R$ 8.00) * Clinipam Health Plan (optional - salary deduction of R$ 90.96) * Wellhub Gym Membership (Gympass) * Optional Transportation Voucher (salary deduction of R$ 6.00) * Life insurance **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Must reside near the CIC neighborhood – Curitiba** Compensation: R$3.589,90 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
