Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). **Your main responsibilities:** * Monitor overdue accounts. * Contact customers via chat, phone, email, or mail to negotiate payment methods. * Record all customer interactions in the collections management system. * Provide administrative support to the collections department. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of collections processes. **✅ Requirements and Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of collections management systems; * Basic knowledge of Google tools (Docs and Sheets); * Verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work with deadlines and targets; * Ability to learn quickly.
