By working for Hexion, you will join a team committed to operating safely and with integrity to build a more sustainable future for everyone—our associates, our customers, and the communities where we live and work. **Key Responsibilities Summary** ------------------------- Work with high autonomy in performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on low-, medium-, and high-voltage (LV/MV/HV) electrical systems—including panels, control systems, drives, industrial networks, and protection systems. Interpret and validate complex engineering drawings, lead installations and retrofits, and perform parameterization of inverters, soft starters, and intelligent relays. Conduct advanced diagnostics, propose technical solutions and improvements to enhance reliability and energy efficiency. Manage records in SAP PM, prepare analytical reports, coordinate with third parties on critical fronts, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Critically assess work orders, engineering drawings, single-line/multi-line diagrams, material lists, and P\&IDs to define scope, resources, schedule, and execution strategies; * Perform high-complexity electrical work in LV/MV; * Integrate complex automation systems (Modbus, Profibus/Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Foundation Fieldbus); perform advanced troubleshooting; * Execute calibration and commissioning of instruments and control valves, including functional testing in SIS and PST per IEC standards; * Comply with applicable Regulatory Standards (e.g., NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-13, NR\-33, and NR\-35) as well as internal company procedures and safety protocols; **Minimum Qualifications** ----------------------- * Completed Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation; * \+8 years of experience in an industrial environment; * Availability to work on rotating shifts and schedules; * Preferred: Experience in the Chemical Industry. **Diversity** --------------- We offer equal opportunities to all candidates, regardless of disability, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, or status within any other group.
