Job Summary: Responsible for the reconciliation process of health plans and benefit cards, performing analyses and resolutions, and supporting departmental routines. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: **Responsibilities and duties:** * Perform health plan and benefit card reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and agility. * Conduct analyses and handle matters related to reimbursements, proposal cancellations, early settlements, and legal requests. * Provide support to other departmental routines as needed. **Mandatory requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's degree program in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields Intermediate knowledge of Excel and SQL * Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. * Organization, proactivity, and autonomy in executing departmental tasks **Desirable requirements:** * Experience with bank reconciliation * Familiarity with payroll-deductible credit products and cards * Experience in accounting **Work model:** Employees residing in Curitiba and its metropolitan area: Hybrid.
