**Responsibilities:**
Accounts Payable
Recording and monitoring of incoming invoices and expenses in the financial system.
Scheduling and execution of payments to suppliers, service providers, and statutory obligations.
Verification of bank slips, due dates, and tax withholdings (ISS, INSS, IRRF, among others).
Cash flow control related to payable obligations.
Maintaining supplier relationships to negotiate payment terms and conditions.
Filing and organizing payment receipts.
Requirements: **Requirements:**
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields;
At least 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable roles, with exposure to administrative processes and team management;
Proficiency in the SAP system;
Intermediate Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills to interact with various departments and resolve payment disputes.
