Teamwork with commitment and proactivity **Job Description** Assist in production operational activities, supporting the manufacturing and assembly of modular steel structures, ensuring organization, quality, and adherence to established deadlines. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in cutting, drilling, assembly, and finishing of metal parts * Support the assembly of modular steel structures * Handle manual and electric tools (e.g., drill, sander, screwdriver, etc.) * Organize materials and maintain a clean and safe workplace * Sort and verify materials according to production orders * Support welders, assemblers, and other professionals in the department * Follow occupational safety regulations **Requirements** * Completed elementary or high school education * Prior experience in production or metallurgical fields preferred * Basic knowledge of manual and electric tools preferred * Commitment, proactivity, and willingness to work in a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with metal structures * Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Experience in modular construction **Salary and Benefits** * Salary: 2360.00 * Meal allowance: 300.00 * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Life insurance * On-site meals * Attendance bonus: 5% of salary Compensation: R$2\.300,00 \- R$2\.360,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel subsidy * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
