




Job Summary: Support and continuously improve manufacturing processes by applying engineering principles and lean manufacturing methodologies to optimize operations and increase productivity. Develop technical documentation and conduct training Support and continuously improve manufacturing processes by applying engineering principles and lean manufacturing, with emphasis on cost reduction, layout optimization, and productivity enhancement. Lead problem analysis and solutions (A3), workforce sizing and production process planning (takt time, line balancing, capacity and efficiency), as well as manage key performance indicators such as OEE and cycle times. Develop technical documentation, PFMEAs, ERP routing instructions, and conduct training. Evaluate material and information flows, propose investment initiatives, and develop solutions for production cells, ensuring quality, safety, environmental compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. **Requirements** Completed bachelor's degree / postgraduate degree – Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
