




Job Summary: Coordinate and optimize logistics and warehouse operations, manage teams and processes, and analyze performance for continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Process analysis and development of performance indicators TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Experience as a Logistics Team Leader. · Knowledge of inventory control techniques, warehousing, and rotating stocktakes. · Experience with systems: ERP and WMS (Warehouse Management System). Use of the system for master data registration, warehousing, transfers, balance inquiries, slotting, and stocktaking. (Desirable: knowledge of Totvs Protheus, Datasul, and Beestock). · Mapping of logistics processes. · Logistics performance indicators (service level, inventory accuracy, inventory turnover). · **Intermediate Excel.** **·** Desirable experience in the **metal-mechanical sector.** EDUCATION: · Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Logistics Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate the warehouse team. * Assign tasks and monitor performance. · Inventory control and cyclic stocktaking. · Organize operations to supply production lines and receive materials. · Analyze processes to improve operational routines. · Interface with PCP (Production Control Planning) for alignment. · Develop indicators to measure team performance. · Create work instructions.
