JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in resume screening and identifying candidates aligned with job requirements. * Support interview scheduling and maintain candidate communication throughout the selection process. * Contribute to job posting dissemination across various platforms and update recruitment tracking records. * Support administrative tasks within the department, such as documentation organization, reporting, and KPI monitoring. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Intermediate-level English proficiency.
