JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support compensation calculations, studies, and activities for Renault and Geely. * Support responses to salary surveys and HR practices. * Support documentation and control of compensation policies for DRH, Renault, and Geely. * Assist employees and provide support and controls related to benefits programs and Shareplan. * Develop HR tools and compensation indicators for Renault and Geely. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Systems Development. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Excel proficiency at minimum intermediate level.
