Handle accident management, statutory programs, and safety audits A logistics company seeks an Occupational Health and Safety Technician in Curitiba (CIC). Ritmolog is a company specialized in technology solutions for the healthcare sector. We provide innovative tools for optimizing processes and managing clinical data. **Responsibilities:** Supervise occupational health and safety activities, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and legislation. Manage and maintain up-to-date OHS documentation with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). Conduct training sessions, onboarding, and daily safety talks (DDS). Control PPEs (certification, inventory, and distribution). Monitor driver documentation (driver's license, MOPP) and third-party documentation. Manage accidents: registration, Accident Communication Form (CAT), investigation, and corrective actions. Support and monitor statutory programs (Risk Management Program - PGR and Occupational Health Monitoring Program - PCMSO). Participate in safety audits and inspections. Monitor indicators and prepare accident/incident reports. Ensure environmental compliance and license control. Monitor the use and maintenance of safety equipment (e.g., breathalyzers). Previous experience as an Occupational Health and Safety Engineer, Occupational Health and Safety Analyst, Occupational Health and Safety Consultant, or Safety Supervisor may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position.
