We are seeking a talented Marketing professional to support brand development and marketing activity execution, collaborating closely with the commercial team and focusing on organization, execution, and performance tracking. **Responsibilities** * Support planning and execution of marketing activities for product lines; * Develop promotional campaigns and communication materials; * Support the commercial team with sales-oriented materials and activities; * Monitor market, competition, and consumer trends; * Track marketing KPIs and campaign performance; * Participate in packaging development and updates; * Support trade marketing activities and in-store initiatives; * Participate in organizing fairs, events, and activations; * Support e-commerce and marketplace management; **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; * Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing; * Experience in campaigns, communications, and activity execution; * Organized profile with strong prioritization and task-tracking skills; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments; **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with consumer goods, retail, or distributors; * Experience with promotional campaigns or trade marketing activities; **Compensation** * Salary range: R$ 3.000 to R$ 3.500; **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48.
