RH Laboral is a company specialized in recruitment and selection of professionals. It provides human resources consulting services to various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Act as the technical responsible for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) routines. Assess, analyze, and investigate occupational risks and accidents. Ensure and guide correct use of PPE. Control distribution and replacement of PPE and uniforms. Implement safety standards and procedures. Deliver training and safety talks. Prepare and organize legal documentation for the area. Participate in expert assessments and inspections. Respond to emergencies and provide first aid. Investigate accidents and propose preventive measures. Support implementation of occupational health and safety (OHS) policies. Evaluate safety equipment and working conditions. Develop educational and awareness-raising initiatives. Support onboarding of new employees. Previous experience as Occupational Safety Engineer, Occupational Safety Analyst, Occupational Safety Coordinator, or Occupational Safety Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
