Collaborative work within the HR team and support to managers The company is seeking a Human Resources Specialist in Curitiba. **Responsibilities:** Manage HR department routines and processes. Execute the onboarding process, including access request, contract and term issuance, signing, and control. Prepare email signatures, maintain document storage, and organize employee folders. Register employees in payroll systems, time tracking systems, Feedz, and other relevant systems. Close time records, managing medical certificates, days off, and hour banks. Manage and calculate vacation time and probationary contracts. Perform payroll activities, covering the entire closing workflow in the Senior system. Enter data, monitor calculations, conduct verifications, and issue bank slips and files. Issue pay slips and ensure their proper delivery to employees. Handle termination procedures and calculations for employee contracts. Manage employee benefits. Ensure compliance with legal and labor obligations. Provide support and assistance to employees to clarify questions related to the HR department. Guarantee annual updates of PGR and PCMSO reports. Generate management reports and support managers on people-related matters. Collaborate with the HR team, providing support as needed by the department. Previous experience as an HR Consultant, HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or HR Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
