Execute contract termination procedures. Possess in-depth knowledge of labor legislation, INSS, FGTS, and other tax obligations. Use payroll management systems to process information. Develop advanced spreadsheets for controlling and analyzing labor data. Help reduce payroll errors and improve labor compliance. Collaborate in mitigating legal risks associated with Personnel Department activities. Participate in transparent processes that foster employee engagement. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Coordinator, or Human Resources Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
