Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for preparing and monitoring school dropout reports, implementing dropout reversal plans, and resolving ombudsman and community support requests. Learn more: https://www.unidombosco.edu.br **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare/monitor school dropout reports; * Implement dropout prevention/reversal plans for students; * Receive and resolve, together with relevant departments, requests received via the Ombudsman/Reclame Aqui platform; * Provide in-person, telephone, and other communication channel support to internal and external communities; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** * Position location: Curitiba/PR. * Working hours: 220 hours per month. * Benefits: Dental care; Day OFF; Study grant; SESC membership; Meal/Voucher allowance; Life insurance; Transportation voucher.
