We are seeking an ABA Therapist who is dedicated and empathetic to join our team providing care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The professional will directly support and accompany daily activities, promoting the physical, social, and emotional development of children. Through ABA intervention, our interdisciplinary team provides assistance to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, aiming to increase their participation in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and improve their physical, emotional, and social well-being. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implementation of programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), under supervision by psychologists. * Accurate documentation of program implementation, following target selection by supervising psychologists. * Management of incidents involving patients under the therapist’s responsibility. * Provision of feedback to caregivers during breaks, under supervision by room-based supervising psychologists. * Clinical record progress notes, adhering to guidelines from the Federal Psychology Council (CFP) regarding multidisciplinary clinical record documentation. * Case discussions with psychologists to align strategies; when necessary, consultation with the clinical supervisor.
