Job Description Mission: Monitor and operate, in real time, sewage pumping stations and wastewater treatment plants (EEE, ETE), ensuring service continuity and compliance with environmental regulations. Initiate service requests to the energy utility (third party), and mobilize field teams, electromechanical teams, network teams, and operations teams for correction and improvement of the operational unit. Responsibilities: * Execute service programming and process service order closure in the software system to address identified incidents. * Provide internal support to plumbers and other departments by assigning and receiving field services, maintaining daily contact with Customer Service (SAC), IT systems, and other departments. * Operate the Operational Control Center, initiating service requests to the energy utility and mobilizing field teams, electromechanical teams, network teams, and operations teams for correction and improvement of the operational unit. * Issue daily incident response reports, including service order closures and documentation of actions taken. * Issue monthly Operation & Maintenance reports showing aggregated service data and index calculations for indicator tracking. * Maintain tracking of incident resolution deadlines during execution, aiming to satisfy customers and correct any deviations from scheduled services. * Maintain tracking of incident resolution deadlines during execution, aiming to satisfy customers and correct any deviations from scheduled services. * May perform other similar duties as directed.
