Prepare managerial reports and implement SGA training Description: Basic requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree or technological graduation in Environmental Engineering or related fields. * Relevant work experience. Brief Description: Responsible for developing and implementing measures to protect natural resources through the creation and implementation of studies and projects related to water distribution systems, sewage treatment, pollution control, and other initiatives, thereby supporting licensing activities, legal compliance, and the implementation of environmental and social programs. Detailed Description: * Monitor the acquisition and/or renewal of environmental licenses required to ensure company operations or contract execution within defined schedules, applicable regulations, and current legislation as stipulated by regulatory authorities. * Monitor the company's and clients' physical premises from an environmental perspective, conducting critical analyses of impactful environmental conditions to ensure compliance with current legislation and internal company procedures. * Qualify, monitor, and evaluate services provided by external suppliers and regulatory agencies according to internally defined company procedures. * Prepare managerial reports tracking the environmental status of companies to update and support leadership decision-making. * Develop and implement SGA procedure training to raise employee awareness; * Plan and participate in internal and external audits of the environmental management system to comply with company practices; * Develop and execute updates to departmental reports and indicators, monitoring and analyzing results to ensure adherence to procedures, targets, and necessary corrective actions; * Analyze and ensure effective waste management by preparing monitoring and control reports to track licenses and permits related to company operations; * Participate in the management process of environmental aspects and impacts related to activities to comply with company-adopted standards methodology; * Monitor and implement the environmental legislation system, evaluating the applicability of legislation and technical standards to develop action plans when necessary; * Manage environmental consulting contracts, monitoring deadlines, budgets, and previously defined scopes; * Develop, monitor, and ensure compliance with Environmental Management System work instructions and procedures, updating them whenever necessary; * Perform assigned tasks according to received planning, under supervision and/or support from more technically proficient professionals or immediate supervisors—even for occasional guidance or problem resolution. Does not yet demonstrate full proficiency across all processes, operations, or equipment within the area or full productivity level. * Support more senior professionals in area-specific processes, leveraging their experience for self-development. * Participate in the implementation of departmental work plans and procedures, executing and monitoring necessary technical actions to achieve established objectives and targets. 2512180202551925049
