The role involves coordinating project development from kick\-off to As Built, ensuring deadlines, technical quality, and adherence to company principles. **Key Responsibilities** * Organize and conduct product and project kick\-off meetings; * Develop and update macro and meso schedules; * Coordinate engineering disciplines and design suppliers; * Ensure company technical and construction standards; * Perform design coordination and BIM model reviews; * Manage legal processes, descriptive specifications, and technical documentation; * Manage workflow for issue tracking and change management; * Participate in strategic meetings and ensure delivery aligned with targets. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture; * Experience in people management; * Experience in residential construction and multidisciplinary project management; * Proficiency in BIM platforms (Navisworks, BIMCollab, Solibri, Dalux); **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Project Management or BIM;
