We are looking for an E-commerce Analyst with a proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile to strengthen our operations across digital channels. Key Responsibilities Manage virtual stores and partner marketplaces (listing setup, product descriptions, SEO, pricing, and inventory updates). Ensure integration with ERP/CRM systems and smooth operation of digital processes (payments, logistics, fraud prevention, and returns). Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and product launches in collaboration with the marketing team. Monitor and analyze performance metrics (conversion rate, CAC, ROI, average order value, sales funnel, and customer behavior). Continuously improve the user experience (UX/UI) throughout the purchasing journey. Support customer service and contribute solutions to enhance e-commerce performance. What we seek in candidates **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. **Experience:** Practical experience in e-commerce and marketplaces. **Ideal Profile:** Organization and attention to detail. Proactivity and ownership mindset. Results- and customer-focused orientation. Proficiency with digital tools and data analysis. Strong communication skills and team spirit. Differentiators that may strengthen your application Experience with e-commerce platforms such as VTEX, Shopify, WooCommerce, Tray, or Nuvemshop. Knowledge of ERP/CRM integrations (Zoho CRM, Bling, Tiny, Omie) and marketplace integrations (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Magalu, Shopee). Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar). Knowledge of SEO, marketing automation (RD Station, HubSpot, Mailchimp), and paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
