With the "App da Firma", we offer a comprehensive, human-centered solution for people management, simplifying internal communication and transforming how companies engage with their teams. **What do we expect from you?** We seek a candidate who will be responsible for leading the evolution of strategic components of our product, aligning customer needs, business objectives, and the team’s technical capabilities. This person will: * Develop native features using Swift * Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to build scalable solutions * Ensure code quality, testing, and performance best practices * Participate in technical decisions and app architecture evolution * Contribute to continuous improvements in the codebase * Support app publication and maintenance on the App Store We expect someone with a product mindset, ownership mentality, pragmatism, and the ability to balance speed with quality in decision-making. **What qualifications should you have?** * Experience in native iOS development using Swift * Knowledge of mobile architecture (e.g., MVVM or VIPER) * Knowledge of SwiftUI * Experience consuming REST APIs * Familiarity with version control (Git) * Knowledge of iOS ecosystem UI/UX best practices * Experience publishing and maintaining apps on the App Store (a plus)
