Effective control of container entry and exit A transportation and logistics company is seeking a Yard Supervisor in Navegantes. **Responsibilities:** Lead and supervise yard services, directing inspectors and forklift operators in all activities to ensure satisfactory outcomes. Optimize container stacking organization according to criteria established in the DEPOT. Convey technical instructions to the team to ensure work complies with established standards. Plan and execute yard logistics operations, instructing other staff to meet operational demands more quickly and efficiently. Receive units at the yard, overseeing container unloading to ensure adherence to required procedures, and perform container inspections when necessary. Implement effective control of container entry and exit to prevent idle time and yard space shortages, as well as unnecessary relocations. Monitor operational activities to ensure compliance with Medlog’s safety standards and normal operating conditions. Previous experience as Logistics Supervisor, Operations Coordinator, Warehouse Leader, or Inventory Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
