Contribution to process improvement Administrative Apprentice Main Responsibilities: \- Assist in the company's administrative activities, such as file organization, receipt and forwarding of correspondence, telephone support, and team assistance. \- Participate in learning and professional training processes, applying acquired knowledge to assigned tasks. \- Contribute ideas and solutions for improving administrative processes. \- Perform assigned tasks and responsibilities with accountability and ethics. Required Qualifications: \- Age between 14 and 24 years, per the Apprenticeship Program legislation. \- Completed or currently pursuing high school education. \- Communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. \- Proactivity, commitment, and willingness to learn. \- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet).
