REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school; communicative profile with strong problem-solving skills; * Experience in computer maintenance and corporate IT support; * Experience in IT infrastructure, application and printer installation and configuration. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: \- Currently pursuing or having completed technical, undergraduate, or short courses in the field;\- Experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems; * Knowledge of corporate Wi-Fi and Microsoft 365 environments (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Remote client support (phone, messaging, and HelpDesk) to diagnose and resolve microcomputer, hardware, and operating system (Windows, Mac, and Linux) issues; * Configuration of new users in Active Directory and on workstations; creation and configuration of emails. IN-PERSON WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
