Job Summary: Emergent Cold LatAm is seeking a Quality Inspector to verify standards, organize the cleaning team, prepare reports, and investigate complaints. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of photographic reports and investigation of complaints Emergent Cold LatAm is looking for a **Quality Inspector** to work in the **Itajaí/SC region.** **Company located in the Itaipava neighborhood** **Main Responsibilities** * Verify compliance with standards and procedures; * Assign and organize the PPHO (external cleaning) team; * Prepare photographic reports; * Investigate complaints; * Report deviations to customers and leadership; **Basic Requirement:** **•** Availability to work the second shift: Monday to Friday, 3:45 PM to 12:40 AM \| Saturday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM; · Ability to learn quickly; · Teamwork, attention, agility, and proactivity; · High school diploma preferred; · Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; **Additional Information:** · Location: Itaipava neighborhood / Itajaí; · Hazardous duty allowance; · Health insurance; · Dental insurance; · Meal allowance; · On-site cafeteria; · Pharmacy card; · Life insurance.
