Its focus is to facilitate access to healthcare services through innovative technology. **Responsibilities:** Assist nursing coordination and nurses in organizing work schedules. Recruit professionals for new demands and coverage needs. Respond to team group messages and communicate with families. Follow up on service extensions and support administrative processes related to patient care. Conduct external services when necessary. Enter service records and progress notes into the electronic medical record system. Perform tasks consistent with standard Nursing Technician duties. Position based in Itajaí / SC. Previous experience as an Assistant Nurse, Nursing Assistant, Health Technician, or Emergency Nurse may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role.
