If it is working, we improve it. * **We play to win** Delivery does not end at the destination. * **Unity** We are great alone, but unbeatable together; **Your Mission as Financial Analyst Operation** * Perform financial postings, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable and receivable controls; * Monitor operational and commercial costs (freight and other equivalent fees); * Support financial negotiations; * Process payments to suppliers, customers, and banking institutions; * Carry out document release procedures with shipping lines and co-loaders; * Monitor foreign exchange closing for international operations, ensuring deadlines, compliance, and optimal conditions for the company; * Conduct monthly closing of processes and support accounting and tax processes; * Collaborate with departments such as Operations, Commercial, and Controller's Office to support decision-making; * Support the preparation of cost reports, freight margin reports, and performance indicators (financial KPIs). **To become a Proalover, you must have:** * Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one in Business Administration, International Trade, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in financial routines, cash flow management, and cost analysis; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; * Experience with ERP or financial systems (Skychart preferred); * Preferably experience in logistics, international trade, or freight forwarding; * Knowledge of foreign exchange and international financial operations is preferred; * Intermediate English is a plus. **Why work at PROALOG?** This one’s easy!
