




Reside in Itajaí/SC Stable employment history with previous employers Valid driver's license Having completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in administrative fields is a plus. **Required Technical Knowledge:** Experience in sales or external commercial consulting, preferably in the equipment rental sector or in civil construction, construction projects, and industrial sectors; · Must have experience frequently traveling on federal highways (BR) by car; · Strong negotiation and customer service skills; proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office suite; · Availability to conduct site visits and travel to construction sites and clients throughout the state of Santa Catarina; · A bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred and considered a plus. **Key Responsibilities:** · Prospect new clients at construction sites, industrial facilities, construction companies, and contracting firms through scheduled visits and routine coordination with immediate supervisor; · Present products and equipment rental solutions for aerial work platforms, emphasizing benefits and competitive advantages; · Develop and negotiate commercial proposals, contracts, and rental terms; · Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact through post-sale support; · Conduct technical handover of equipment to lessees and instruct clients on operation, safety, and preventive maintenance of aerial work platforms; · Maintain close, ongoing relationships with clients to identify future business opportunities and enhance client retention; · Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
