Job Summary: Work in the Marketing Department, editing audiovisual materials for various platforms, assisting in the creation, scripting, and production of campaigns, and monitoring digital trends. Audiovisual Assistant Directly work in the Marketing Department on audiovisual productions. **Responsibilities:** Edit audiovisual materials for mobile and multiple platforms (online and offline); Assist in the creation, scripting, and production of audiovisual materials for launch or promotional campaigns; Assist in organizing equipment and setting up filming locations; Capture and edit content for TikTok; Organize internal and external filming and production schedules (agenda); Participate in pre-production processes, such as location scouting, selection of models/actors, makeup artists, equipment, and other production requirements; Track video performance metrics, including views, retention rate, engagement, and audience feedback, and prepare reports; Monitor trends and innovations in digital content, identifying opportunities to improve production strategies and techniques; Collaborate with fellow content producers to support the development of briefs, scripts, and concepts for new audiovisual projects and campaigns; Adapt videos for different platforms and formats. **Requirements:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Cinema, Audiovisual Production, or related fields (a plus) Practical experience in audiovisual content for social media (a plus) Technical experience in filming (mobile and traditional), video editing, lighting, and audio recording (cameras and smartphones); Ability to edit short and long videos using various techniques and trends; Experience with social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok; Ability to adhere to content schedules, scripts, and deadlines; Creative vision, attention to detail, originality, and critical thinking; Knowledge of filming, sound, and lighting equipment, as well as editing and post-production software (Adobe Suite).
