FG Empreendimentos is seeking an **Electrical Supervisor** to join the installations team. We are looking for a professional with hands-on experience in the electrical field, leadership qualities, and the ability to coordinate field teams, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules. **Responsibilities:** * Read and interpret electrical drawings. * Mark conduit layouts on slabs and walls. * Install wiring, electrical equipment, lighting fixtures, and electrical finishing components. * Carry out telecommunications and electrical system installations on construction sites. * Perform testing, preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, equipment, and electrical systems. * Participate in the assembly and renovation of electrical panels, control systems, and telecommunications networks. * Supervise work performed by suppliers and third-party companies. * Assign tasks to the team and monitor on-site service execution. * Perform electrical installations and maintenance at company facilities and other designated locations. * Support general maintenance, conservation, and infrastructure-related activities on construction sites. * Record completed services and manage tool and material requisitions from the warehouse. * Ensure proper maintenance of equipment used by the team. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in the electrical field, preferably as a supervisor or team leader. * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings. * Knowledge of residential electrical installations, maintenance, and construction site infrastructure. * Familiarity with electrical tools, materials, and technical standards. * Skill in coordinating teams and assigning tasks. * Experience in high-end civil construction is a plus. **️IMPORTANT INFORMATION! ️** ***This position is also open to candidates with disabilities (PwDs)*** **Employment Type**: CLT **Work Model**: Fully on-site position in Balneário Camboriú/SC. ️ **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM. **Benefits/Facilities \- CLT:** Meal Allowance \- R$ 42.00 per working day (Available via Pluxee Brasil Card), with no payroll deduction; Transportation Allowance via Viação Praiana (Optional, with 6% payroll deduction); Unimed Health Plan \- APS Regional (Optional) – Effective after 3 months of probation.
