If you enjoy working with people, have energy to collaborate in a team environment, and seek growth opportunities, grow with us. **Job Mission** Provide courteous, efficient, and safe service while offering products and services ethically and credibly, ensuring customer trust and loyalty to the Galo Gas Station brand. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet customers and direct vehicles to the correct fuel pump * Refuel vehicles according to customer requests, confirming fuel type and amount before refueling * Use the Smart PDV system correctly during service interactions * Verify order slips and received payments * Offer additional products and services to customers * Keep the fueling area clean, organized, and safe * Record license plates of vehicles purchasing items at the convenience store * Perform daily tally counts per shift * Restock merchandise and maintain organized product displays * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and protective cream * Follow opening and closing checklists for the fueling area * Comply with safety regulations and operational procedures * Support onboarding and training of new team members * Maintain professional and courteous conduct throughout all customer interactions **Responsibilities** * Meet performance targets related to service, safety, and quality * Uphold the company’s image and credibility with customers * Maintain ethical, respectful, and professional conduct with customers and colleagues * Ensure accurate completion of order slips and operational processes * Properly use PPE and adhere to safety standards * Attend mandatory training programs, such as NR20 and Benzene * Identify potential hazards and immediately report them to leadership * Focus on organization, cleanliness, and accident prevention Requirements: * Completed elementary education * Strong communication skills and ease in customer service * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays * Ability to work effectively in a team * Agility and capacity to resolve daily operational issues Benefits * Transportation Benefit or Fuel Allowance of R$ 196.00\. * Meal Allowance of R$ 400.00 per workday. * Medical Assistance via Conexa Telemedicine (free), including: • 1 monthly consultation with a nutritionist • 1 monthly consultation with a specialist • 2 monthly consultations with a psychologist • Unlimited emergency consultations (benefit also valid for dependents). * GoGood: Wellness Program — Access to gyms at significant discounts, free healthcare services, and comprehensive insurance coverage for employees and dependents. * Sesc Membership Card: Discounts on cultural and sports events, affordable accommodations, courses, gyms, and healthcare services. * Training and development programs for our employees * Life Insurance. * Maternity Kit.
