Job Summary:
A Speech-Language Pathologist to conduct assessment, screening, and treatment for language disorders, dysphagia, and oral motor dysfunction, with emphasis on rehabilitation and interdisciplinary practice.

***Responsibilities***
Conduct speech-language assessment, screening, monitoring, and diagnosis for oral and written language disorders, dysphagia, and oral motor dysfunction;
Provide individual and group interventions according to each user’s specific needs and dysfunctions;
Guide caregivers, companions, and family members throughout the rehabilitation process, social inclusion, and continuity of care;
Coordinate with primary healthcare to implement continuous actions supporting maintenance of rehabilitation gains;
Foster collaboration with other intersectoral network services;
Promote research and studies in the field of intellectual disability;
Request examinations and issue certificates, opinions, reports, and other procedures essential for full professional practice, adhering to recognized practices and current legislation;
Perform other related duties.
***Requirements***
Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology;
Active professional registration with the SC State Council;
Experience in rehabilitation, preferably with individuals with disabilities and/or neurological disorders;
Knowledge of functional assessment, oral motor function, and individual/group intervention techniques;
Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and provide guidance to families and caregivers;
Availability to work Monday through Friday, either from 7:00 AM to 1:15 PM or from 1:00 PM to 7:15 PM.

Employment Type: Permanent CLT
Compensation: R$6.000,00 - R$6.200,00 per month
