Job Summary: Speech-Language Pathologist to conduct assessment, screening, and treatment of oral and written language disorders, dysphagia, and oral motor function, while guiding caregivers and family members. Promotion of studies and research in the field of disability **To work at SER.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct speech-language pathology assessment, screening, monitoring, and diagnosis for oral and written language disorders, dysphagia, and oral motor function; Provide individual and group interventions according to each user’s specific needs and dysfunctions; Guide caregivers, companions, and family members throughout the rehabilitation process, social inclusion, and continuity of care; Coordinate with primary healthcare to implement continuous actions aimed at maintaining rehabilitation gains; Foster intersectoral network service coordination; Encourage studies and research in the field of physical and intellectual disability; Request examinations and issue certificates, opinions, reports, and other procedures necessary for full professional practice, adhering to recognized practices and current legislation; Other related duties. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology; Experience in dysphagia and oral motor assessment and therapy; Active professional registration with the SC Council; Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (with possible flexibility). ***Univali values inclusion and equal opportunity, and all positions are open to people with disabilities and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.*** Employment Type: Part-time, CLT Permanent Compensation: R$4.600,00 - R$4.700,00 per month Scheduled Weekly Hours: 20 hours per week Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Private pension plan * Transportation voucher Licenses/Certifications: * CREFONO (Mandatory)
