Opportunity to work in a team focused on organization and proactivity **EXPERIENCED BIDDING ANALYST** A well-established national company operating in the Electronic Security sector, specializing in Public Bidding, is seeking an experienced professional in the bidding field to directly manage administrative, operational, and strategic processes within the department. We seek an organized, analytical, proactive individual with proficiency in major public bidding portals, as well as practical experience in drafting challenges (impugnações), administrative appeals (recursos administrativos), counter-arguments (contrarrazões), and clarification requests. **Salary:** R$ 3\.000,00 **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Identification, analysis, and monitoring of public bidding notices; * Participation in electronic auctions (pregões eletrônicos) and other bidding modalities; * Engagement with major public procurement portals; * Drafting of challenges (impugnações), administrative appeals (recursos administrativos), counter-arguments (contrarrazões), and clarification requests; * Verification and organization of qualification documents; * Preparation of commercial and technical proposals; * Monitoring of deadlines, clarifications (diligências), and outcomes of bidding processes; * Control and monitoring of administrative contracts and price registration records (atas de registro de preços); * Updating spreadsheets, internal controls, and departmental reports; * Strategic support in decision-making regarding participation in bidding procedures. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed High School education or ongoing/completed Higher Education; * Proven experience in Public Bidding; * Knowledge of Law No. 14\.133/2021 and other applicable legislation; * Experience drafting challenges (impugnações), appeals (recursos), and counter-arguments (contrarrazões); * Proficiency in major public procurement portals; * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook (Microsoft Office Suite); * Strong technical writing ability and ability to interpret bidding notices. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in the Electronic Security sector; * Knowledge of administrative contracts; * Experience with electronic auctions (pregões eletrônicos) and government platforms; * Aptitude for documentary and strategic analysis. **SKILLS** * Organization and attention to detail; * Analytical and strategic mindset; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Agility and sense of priority; * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; * Professional responsibility and confidentiality; * Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Work Location:** Rua 302, nº 25 – Meia Praia – Itapema/SC **Employment Type:** Permanent CLT contract **BENEFITS** * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * Fuel Allowance; * Transportation Voucher. **WORK HOURS** * Monday to Friday * 08:00 AM to 5:48 PM Compensation: R$3\.000,00 per month Selection Question(s): * Do you reside in Itapema, SC, or the surrounding region?
