Control and storage of food according to safety regulations The restaurant is seeking a Cook in Blumenau. **Responsibilities:** Perform pre-preparation, preparation, and plating of dishes in the hot kitchen, following technical sheets and standards established by the group. Prepare and finish meats, risottos, pasta, and other à la carte menu items. Maintain organization and hygiene of the work area, as well as of utensils and equipment used. Control and store food according to food safety regulations, ensuring quality and shelf life. Assist in production flow during service, ensuring efficiency and proper dish presentation. Previous experience as Head Chef, Assistant Cook, Restaurant Cook, or Buffet Cook may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Completion of elementary education required.
