Control the quality of completed services A civil construction company is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor in Itajaí (Farm). Passe is a platform offering urban mobility solutions. Its focus is to facilitate user access to public and private transportation. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and supervise construction teams (in-house and outsourced). Monitor physical construction schedules. Ensure execution in accordance with architectural, structural, and complementary project specifications. Control the quality of completed services. Request and track materials with the procurement department. Supervise proper use of PPEs and compliance with safety regulations. Support the responsible engineer in site management. Resolve daily operational demands. Conduct service inspections prior to stage releases. Report progress and any deviations to management / engineering. Previous experience as a Construction Foreman, Construction Supervisor, Construction Coordinator, or Project Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Ongoing higher education required.
