Direct interaction with clients and consultants **LEARN ABOUT THE HIRING COMPANY:** "Company specialized in Training \& Development" **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Preparation of Experience \& Business Games activities and kits; Sales support through commercial proposal development; Support in new product creation; Standardization and documentation of Experience \& Business Games activities; Inventory management and process improvements; Acting as staff during client-facing activities; Reporting weekly and monthly results. Ensuring Google Drive folders are updated with all necessary project information (commercial proposal, scripts, contract, reaction evaluation, evaluation forms, etc.) Serving as the client’s main point of contact throughout project execution Managing the project once the proposal is finalized Conducting evaluations to ensure delivery quality Being responsible for managing the company’s Experiences and Business Games projects, ensuring logistics (venue verification, materials, schedule, consultant accommodation, etc.) for all trainings are properly arranged for full implementation; Supporting consultants in developing scripts and intervention strategies for clients, providing meaningful insights regarding the client’s corporate culture and key focus areas. **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Interest in the Training \& Development field. Willingness to travel occasionally **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Pedagogy, Physical Education, or Business Administration. **COMPENSATION:** BRL 2500.00 \+ performance-based bonus. **WORK HOURS:** Flexible (6 hours per day) **WORK LOCATION:** Itajaí/SC **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Independent contractor (PJ)
