The **Bartender** will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, as well as providing friendly and professional customer service. They will also maintain bar organization, manage inventory, and comply with hygiene standards. They will be part of the team, working in the commercial area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve cocktails, classic and signature drinks, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; * Provide counter and/or table service with friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism; * Organize and sanitize the bar, utensils, and equipment; * Manage beverage and supply inventory, checking expiration dates and restocking; * Process requisitions and assist with inventory audits; * Follow presentation standards, recipes, and portioning guidelines; * Comply with food safety regulations and good hygiene practices; * Contribute suggestions and help create new drinks. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; * Basic knowledge of proper beverage handling practices.
