We seek someone who welcomes, listens to, and understands customer needs—focusing on preserving human-centered service without compromising the quality and excellence we highly value. **Main Responsibilities:** * Welcoming patients; * Collecting samples, preparing for, performing, and releasing examination results; * Guiding patients before, during, and after examinations; * Opening scheduled examination records; requesting examination authorizations from health insurance providers; guiding patients on procedures and schedules; sending instructions regarding preparation. **We are looking for someone who demonstrates:** * A focus on human-centered service. * Positive communication skills. * The ability to convey information clearly—speaking clearly and loudly enough, mastering the art of nonverbal communication. * Knowledge and skills in sample collection.
