Responsible for customer service and task management The **administrative assistant** is a fundamental professional in various companies, acting as a liaison between different departments and playing a crucial role in organizing and optimizing administrative activities. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * + Provide customer service through in-person, telephone, e\-mail, and corporate WhatsApp channels, ensuring quality and efficiency + Manage and monitor the schedules of the Executive Board, managers, and meeting rooms + Identify received requests and create, classify, and route tickets in the task management system + Monitor and follow up on requests until completion, ensuring feedback to the requester + Screen e\-mails and appropriately route them to responsible departments + Operate the telephone system, performing call transfers and supporting internal communications + Perform document scanning, organization, and archiving + Manage protocol, receipt, and delivery of documents to customers + Ensure compliance with established service deadlines and standards + Support communication and integration among company departments + Maintain organization and proper functioning of the reception area and common spaces + Provide support to other company departments, such as finance, human resources, and sales. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * + Completed high school education (preferably pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields) + Prior experience in customer service or administrative/reception routines + Basic computer skills (Office suite, e\-mail, systems) + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficiency in task execution
