Job Summary: The Logistics Supervisor will directly manage the branch's daily operational activities, leading the team and ensuring organization, agility, and discipline in receiving, storage, inventory management, order picking, and shipping. We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to directly oversee the branch’s daily operational routine—closely monitoring receiving, storage, inventory, order picking, and shipping activities—serving as a reference for the team and providing direct support to management. Key responsibilities: Lead and supervise the order picking and shipping team on a daily basis; Assign tasks according to demand and priorities; Ensure accurate order picking per invoices, delivery notes, and defined standards; Monitor the shipping process, loading, and goods release; Verify quantities, orders, and documentation before dispatch; Track deadlines, productivity, and operational quality; Directly resolve operational issues; Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the shipping area; Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations; Serve as the liaison between the operations team and management. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed undergraduate degree; Prior experience in order picking and shipping; Experience leading an operations team; Firm, organized, agile, and strong communication skills; Willingness to engage in hands-on, operational work. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience in distribution centers or construction materials; Basic knowledge of logistics systems or ERP; Experience in cargo verification and loading. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- BOTH (CLT\+PJ) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- Meal Allowance R$500.00 Life Insurance Transportation Allowance Collaborative environment with growth opportunities **Work Location:** ---------------------- RZ REZZADORI \& CIA LTDA \- MATRIZ **Working Hours:** ------------------------ To be agreed upon
