Professional to manage quality assurance, ensuring compliance of vessel manufacturing processes, conducting audits, and continuously improving systems.

**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday.
**Requirements:**
• Completed bachelor's degree (Engineering, Quality, Production, or related fields);
• Experience in manufacturing processes, preferably in the nautical industry or similar sectors;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO 9001, internal/external audits, recertification, and supplier audits;
• Technical knowledge of vessel assembly and interpretation of production processes;
• Proficiency in quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa Diagram, Pareto);
• Experience analyzing performance indicators (KPIs).

**Main Responsibilities:**
• Execute and ensure compliance with Quality Gates according to the established plan;
• Conduct process audits, including supplier audits, ensuring adherence to defined standards;
• Address post-sales issues by performing root cause analysis and proposing corrective actions;
• Develop and monitor action plans using quality methodologies;
• Monitor and analyze quality and process performance indicators;
• Control and ensure traceability of vessel delivery documentation;
• Utilize digital systems and tools for quality management (e.g., Asana, record and control systems);
• Collaborate closely with Production and Engineering to drive continuous process improvement.
Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws)
Salary: R$3.000,00 - R$5.500,00 per month
