Responsibilities: * + Ensure correct order processing and tracking, guaranteeing on-time delivery and information accuracy. + Validate and maintain carrier registration data integrity within the system. + Execute and verify entries of invoices and billable services, ensuring accuracy and compliance. + Ensure consistency of information recorded in operational systems. + Prepare and validate operational and management reports to support decision-making. + Provide customer and carrier support, managing communications to resolve operational incidents. + Manage spreadsheets and departmental databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and reliable. + Issue and organize operational documents related to logistics activities. + Ensure adherence to established logistics and administrative processes. + Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to optimizing operational processes. + Provide technical and operational support to the logistics team. + Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company policies.
