The Position As Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end physical flow within the warehouse operation, ensuring daily operations are efficient and compliant with local regulations and Roche’s quality standards. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing third-party logistics services while promoting continuous improvement, cost control, and enhancement of customer experience—aligned with Roche Diagnostics’ Customer Experience (CX) strategy. About the Opportunity: * Supervise and manage all physical logistics operations, including warehouse management, inbound and outbound logistics for instruments and consumables. * Ensure full compliance with local regulations and Roche’s standards for quality, safety, health, and environment (SHE). * Lead continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on optimizing warehouse layout, space utilization, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. * Collaborate with third-party logistics service providers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and driving process improvements in line with Roche standards. * Manage inventory using SAP, ensuring accuracy, optimizing space utilization, and minimizing costs. * Drive financial performance, including monthly P\&L analysis, cost control, and budget management for warehousing. * Proactively identify logistical trends, risks, and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to support the business in achieving its financial and operational goals. Who You Are: * Bachelor’s degree completed. * Logistics and Warehousing (Leadership and Optimization): Proven experience in leading and improving logistics/warehouse management processes, with advanced knowledge of inbound/outbound flows, preferably in Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical sectors. * Financial Management and KPIs: Proficiency in cost control, budget management (P\&L), and monitoring KPIs to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost optimization. * Tools and Systems: Extensive experience with SAP modules (SD, MM) for inventory and performance management. * 3PL and Contract Management: Solid experience managing contracts and third-party logistics service providers (3PLs). * Project and People Management: Ability to manage projects, lead cross-functional teams, and guide diverse teams (internal and external) to drive operational excellence. * Communication and Travel: Excellent communication skills with stakeholders and willingness to travel (approx. 25%). * Work Location – Itapoá, Santa Catarina.
