Performing administrative and logistical tasks Apprentice **Schedule:** 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) **Location:** Santa Luíza Maternity Hospital - Balneário Camboriú/SC **Department:** Pharmacy **Requirements:** High school education currently in progress or completed; Microsoft Office suite; Computer literacy; Must be at least 18 years old. **Job Mission:** Seek continuous improvement, development, and professional growth within the assigned area of responsibility. Value learning experiences and discover opportunities in the professional environment. **Main Job Responsibilities:** **GENERAL ACTIVITIES:** 1. File documents 2. Digitize and make copies of documents 3. Organize files 4. Retrieve and deliver documents to departments 5. Consult and update spreadsheets 6. Answer and make telephone calls 7. Monitor returned Receipt Notices from the postal service 8. Assist with in-person customer service 9. Organize mail pouches (receipt and delivery) 10. Assist with asset verification 11. Assist with document sorting 12. Respond to emails 13. Send and receive document protocols and correspondence **SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES:** PHARMACY 1. Organize and restock shelves 2. Receive and process requisitions via system 3. Deliver requisitioned materials to departments 4. Label materials 5. Identify materials upon receipt of invoice 6. Register invoices and forward them to Finance under supervision of superiors Perform other related duties as assigned by management, in accordance with the responsibilities inherent to the operational unit and the nature of the work.
